Carbide Turning insert
LONNZ offers a variety of indexable carbide inserts which support multi-angle cutting and quick changing. Our factory has more than 1,000,000 hard metal inserts to meet most manufacturing needs. We also offer a range of carbide turning inserts, milling inserts, and threading inserts, kept in stock. These carbide inserts are used to manufacture steel, cast iron and all kinds of non-ferrous metals. These hard metal inserts improve the efficiency of manufacturing and are more resistant to high temperature when compared with high-speed steel cutting tools. In order to extend the service life of carbide inserts, we perform a coating process on the surface to increase the rigidity and smoothness of it. Regular turning inserts in the market are displayed as follows. For more information, or other requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
